We’ve been getting naked a lot recently.

No, not in the HR violation kind of way. In ways that are more vulnerable and reflective. Because we realized that we have an ongoing responsibility to elevate humanity in an industry that is sometimes a void of it.

Which is why we’re doing it again today.

In the form of an open letter. Just pen to paper—it makes it much harder to hide behind spectacle.

Plain honesty is what we need right now, when constant chaos is swirling around us, and it feels impossible to gain footing. Yet, too many in our industry have been quiet in the face of injustice and uncertainty. Too many important conversations have been relegated to back channels. Too much is at stake for us to give up now.

So, we took that evergreen advice: “write the thing you wish existed.” This letter gets clear about the ways we will continue resisting. Consider it a quiet act of hope—and faith that hope might be contagious.

Yes, we may be naked, but we’re not afraid.

Because our openness is reminding us of our humanity and keeping us accountable to our belief in progress. We hope it helps others feel a little less alone, too.

One thing you can do right now.

Read our letter about the things we’ll never stop doing, no matter the context. Then, make the time to commit to your own quiet act of hope.
